The veil of fate is as thin as the edge of their blades. The Knives of the Crone are zealous followers of the prophetic goddess Morai-Heg, carrying out her will with blood and steel. At their head stands the mystic seer Kaerna Vix, who reads the entrails of fallen foes to divine her goddess's commands. Her visions are brought to life by a brutal cadre of killers - the relentless Tazari, her loyal right hand; bloodthirsty Krieta, the Wing of the Crone; and the shadowy Azphel, ever ready to take down enemies with a well-placed bolt from afar.
