Okar of the Fraya follows the voice of his god wherever he believes it leads, hearing its will in the crack of breaking ice. Though his Torrbad has been reduced to just two loyal brothers, Surgi and Halfur, Okar still commands deadly elemental powers and will lend his strength to other wild forces whenever he believes the Winter-Spitter demands it.
