Availability of Goods

Price and payment

In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will also explicitly stated when you pay for the product. Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds. Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give you a full refund on the price of the games. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within seven days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Te items being returned should be delivered to our Polish warehouse:

Delivery Information

Delivery is calculated based on the total value of the order, form of shipment, number of items being shipped and destination. We deliver your orders using registered airmail or courier services. Please select the chosen form of shipment during check-out, paying attention to select the proper delivery address. If you find the calculated shipping rate excessive, please send us a mail to: [email protected] and we will try to find you a reasonable solution.

Complaints
